DIGIT3 LLC is an Information Technology Management, Support, & Solutions Provider located in Huntington, WV operated by Brad and Wendy Goodenough.
Brad and Wendy have combined their experience with the experience of DIGIT3’s incredible staff to offer a full range of IT services.
Brad holds a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University and an MBA with a focus on Technology Management from the University of Phoenix. Brad has over decades of experience in the IT industry. His experience includes working as a Product Manager and Network Specialist for a billion-dollar computer manufacturer and distributor and as Chief Information and Technology Officer for a large multi-state organization.
Brad has extensive experience within business process management, network engineering, systems maintenance & support, and implementation of IT infrastructure, IT project management (large and small scale), VoIP, business continuity, and backup & disaster recovery.
At DIGIT3, Brad combines his business knowledge with his extensive IT experience to develop specific solutions and strategies for DIGIT3’s clients. Brad evaluates industry trends & developments and works closely with DIGIT3’s staff to ensure that clients receive effective products and services.
Wendy holds a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University, a master’s degree from Marshall University, and a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University. Wendy is a licensed attorney in Ohio, West Virginia, and Kentucky.
Wendy has worked for the largest Fortune 500 company in America as a Regional Ethics & Compliance Director, a large multi-state human services organization as its Compliance Officer and General Counsel and as In-House counsel for a hospital system. She has over twenty-five years of experience in organizational compliance, drafting organizational policies and procedures, managing organizational risk and staff development and training.
At DIGIT3, she helps businesses meet technology and cybersecurity requirements including insurance requirements, contractual requirements, and industry-specific requirements such as those imposed by entities such as the IRS and FTC. She assists clients with internal documents such as Security of Information Policies & Procedures, Incident Response Procedures, and Disaster Recovery and Continuity Plans and provides staff training in all these areas. She works with a wide range of businesses including law firms, accounting firms, health care organizations, manufacturers, construction companies, non-profit organizations, and government entities.
Besides working together to provide the best possible service to DIGIT3’s clients, Brad and Wendy enjoy being active in community events, organizations, and volunteer efforts.
